World Day For Cultural Diversity Promotional Mugs

Foreign students in our university have had a hard time blending in with the majority of Americans in the university. With the language and cultural barriers between us, making a connection with the locals really required a lot of energy and perseverance. That is until the dean announced that the university will be hosting a sort of acquaintance party for the foreigners. The party will be held in the auditorium. There will be food, and drinks will be served with custom logo promotional glasses with the school logo printed all over them. Problem is, the international students club is assigned to provide those glasses.

I picked up a glassware guide from a bookstore downtown and learned that the glasses should depend on what kind of drinks will be served to the guests. Ok, so I went to the dean to ask about it. He said that the drinks will mainly be about beer, wine, and cocktail.

Our group went around town to find the glassware that we will b using. I never thought that there would be a lot of choices to choose from. I needed to think about it more, since we will be using our club’s money and I don’t want to waste any of it.

We bought mugs, cocktail, and shot glasses for the drinks. We made them into custom logo printed promotional glasses by putting the university seal and our group name behind it. Printing our name behind the items was a cheap shot to make us popular. It would be a party for us anyway, so the hell with it.

This early, we are already prepared with our assignment for the party in May. Those custom logo imprinted promotional glasses will definitely make us popular. We will also use it as giveaways after the party. Hopefully our barriers will go away after the party.
